Not a lot about Colorado that’s boring, but when Steve Bonham gets a new camera, he’s out about the state garnering the best views and lights, to capture the moment – Boring.
Is that even a real goal? Boring? In Colorado?
This die hard photojournalist can’t let the moments escape him, so he snaps. He snaps photos in places that most might think unlikely, yet he finds them majestic, captivating, and bold.
Not only did he capture the header photo of a Colorado Walk Path, but this amazing sunset, reflected in a Colorado lake. Captivating?
Who can intentionally miss a Colorado sunset?
I often remember looking for sunsets in other regions, and realize that coming home to Colorado, colors are magnificent. They just don’t get any better than Sunset or Sunrise in Colorado.
Some say they are orange and blue because of the Broncos, but I’m betting they were colorful even before that. It seems I read somewhere that the name of our fair state even implies the color red. And what would we be without Colorado blue skies?
I don’t know about Boring, Steve Bonham, but you’ve definitely captured this Colorado Sky at its best. At least, for this sunset…
